Tuition and Fees
Tuition is paid from September to May on the first of every month. The May tuition and the insurance/activity fee are paid in advance of the school year as a deposit.
2024-2025 Tuition Schedule*
We offer a discount to families with more than one child in the school in the same school year. The oldest child’s monthly tuition is paid at full price, and the family receives a 10% discount off the monthly tuition of each additional child enrolled.

Deposit Amount
The deposit is paid on May 1st, and is used to secure your spot in the classroom for the following school year. The deposit amount is calculated based on May 2024 tuition and the Activity Fee.
Please note that in addition to the above, any fees for background checks required by Virginia State licensing will be paid by each family.

Annandale Cooperative Preschool Deposit Policy
Annandale Cooperative Preschool (ACPS) requires that a deposit, consisting of May 2024 tuition and the annual activity/insurance fee, be paid in order to reserve a child’s place in a class for the 2024-25 school year. The deposit is due on May 1st, 2024, or immediately upon placement in a class after May 1st. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after June 1st, 2024.
Refund Policy
A child may be withdrawn and the parent school agreement terminated at any time upon written notice to the Membership Directors. The May tuition/insurance and activity fee deposit will only be refunded upon request from parents, and if a new child is enrolled to fill the child’s place in class before June 1, 2024. Parents who withdraw their child once school has started will be responsible for paying full tuition for the calendar month following the notice of termination. The child may remain enrolled during the time that tuition is being paid
