Hope Frazier is the M/W/F 3s teacher. Ms. Frazier is originally from beautiful Washington State and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Western Washington University, with an endorsement in Special Education. She lives with her husband, Bret, and son Archie who’s in the Bees class. She brings both her personal and professional experience into the classroom every day. With a strong belief in equity and inclusion, she is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where every child feels seen, valued, and celebrated for who they are.
Ms. Frazier believes in meeting children where they are and honoring their individual needs, strengths, and pace of development. Her teaching philosophy centers on learning through play, where curiosity leads and exploration is encouraged. She also draws inspiration from Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, understanding that children must first feel safe, cared for, and emotionally secure before meaningful learning can take place. She works to inspire independence by creating opportunities for children to take risks, make choices, and build confidence. She also firmly believes that a little mess is a sign of great learning. Don’t be surprised if your child comes home with muddy shoes, paint on their sleeves, and a big smile on their face!
