Extended Day December 2017

These are the Extended Day dates for the month of December 2017. Extended Day is a fun and exciting opportunity for each child to stay an extra hour (from 12:15 to 1:15) at school and have lunch with a mixed age group of children and two of ACPS’ terrific staff members.  Parents sign children up in advance and pay the $7.00 per child per session fee. All Extended Day fees are run at the beginning of the next month with tuition through Tuition Express.

The minimum that we need to reach for each Extended Day date is 5 students.  If the minimum is not reached within 24 hours of the Extended Day date, then Extended Day will be canceled for that day.  If the school needs to cancel a session, you are not expected to pay a fee for that day.  If you need to cancel your child’s session within 24 hours before the Extended Day date, please call the next parent on the wait list.  If you are not able to fill your child’s spot, you will be charged the fee for that session.
